Modifying currently existing Orders
It is impossible to foretell what the future may entail at the time that orders are created in a divorce or separation. Unforeseen circumstances must be accounted for in providing for the needs and obligations of those affected by the orders. Situations evolve or dismantle requiring changes to be made to current agreements for child and spousal support. These changes must be proven and carefully documented to obtain the modifications you wish to achieve. These changes may include increased amount of support provided for a child or spouse, changes in custodial or visitation rights, or the desire to move with your child to a new city. Modifications may be either temporary or permanent. Mach Law will advocate for the enforcement of orders that are not being fulfilled by either parent, as well as assist in making updates to the order that are in place.
